The STEP800R series devices (STEP840R / STEP860R) are temperature controllers that are primarily designed and manufactured to protect equipment against overheating. They are associated with Pt 100 platinum resistance temperature probes (100 Ω at 0 ° C).

Their presentation in the form of modular detachable R-type enclosures makes them autonomous. They can be grouped in a 19 '' rack with different types of ICE protection relays.
